I am Clara Rose.

My birth name is Ronni Umles and I am licensed to practice Mental Health Counseling in New York State. My license number is #013295.

I am a kinky, queer, traveler, dancer, artist, yogi, psychonaut, therapist, and weaver of various interdimensional and energetic realms. To the best of my ability, I am a challenger of the norms.

I am originally from southern California and have lived in New York since 2011. I have had my fair share of challenges and traumas from childhood through adulthood. From divorced parents, emotionally dissonant family structures, financial scarcity, adolescent bullying, sexual assault, harassment, intimate partner violence, addictions, escapisms, early stage peri-menopause, infertility, and suicidal ideations – each integrated experience has been pivotal to my capacity to speak from depth and authenticity.

The inner “work” however is never completely over. I continue to hold myself accountable to owning my shadow and privilege. I also acknowledge there are life experiences of others that I will never truly understand. I am dedicated still to creating a container of sustainable support for those who desire empowered liberation.

As a psycho-therapeutic guide, the space I hold is not about me, it is about YOU – and that is where the work begins. You are capable, you do have a choice, and you are not alone. My intention is to support you in reclaiming your truth.

You can expect a blend of various modalities and perspectives from the mystical and the practical. Ultimately, I am there to be a mirror and create an objectively safer space for you to go where you need to go. In turn, allowing you to step back and observe how you make decisions that impact your well-being and the well-being of others.
